Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email or both. Bat a Lash Studio requires at least a full 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours of appointment will be charged a fee 100% of your complete service total to the credit card on file and is non-refundable. Cancellation policy also applies to same-day appointment made online; if you book your appointment and cancel within the same day a complete a 100% percent charge of your service total will be charged to the card on file and is non-refundable.
